Good Inside and Satsang
We deeply respect Good Inside, the program Dr. Becky has built over years of careful study. Mirra herself draws on parts of that work. Satsang is a different shape of care: a real time, holistic companion for the whole self, built by a licensed therapist with 15 years in family practice.
What we admire about Good Inside
Good Inside is the most thoughtful digital home we know of for a single, deeply considered parenting philosophy. Dr. Becky has spent her career articulating a way of seeing children and ourselves, and she has built a library that lets families study it across books, a podcast, courses, and a membership community. It is a generous body of work, and the world is better for it.
Mirra recognizes herself in parts of the Good Inside lens. Repair language. The parent regulating first. The faith that the child underneath the behavior is good. These teachings live in Mirra’s own practice too, and she is grateful for the way Dr. Becky has helped so many parents meet them.
What Satsang is built to offer
Care in the moment you actually need it
Satsang is real time. You type what just happened, at 9:47pm or in the car line or after the third tantrum, and you receive a calm, grounded response shaped to that exact moment. The help is situational, immediate, and personal to you.
A holistic view of the whole self
Mirra’s clinical practice has always been holistic. The work looks at you as a whole person: your nervous system, your history, your relationships with your partner, your friends, your family of origin. Parenting is one of the most important rooms in that house, and Satsang treats it that way.
A voice shaped by 15 years of family practice
The voice you talk with carries Mirra’s clinical judgment. Attachment informed, nervous system aware, family systems literate. She reviews the patterns and escalation paths so the care you receive is recognizably hers.
A relationship that remembers you
Satsang remembers the names you have shared, what you tried last week, what is hard this season. The next conversation starts where the last one ended. You can read every memory we hold, edit it, or delete it from your privacy settings at any time.
Becoming the person you want to be in the world
Satsang is the continuation of Mirra’s life work: helping people become the version of themselves they want to be in the world. The parenting follows from that. So does the partnership, the friendship, the way you sit with your own younger self.
